 The cleaning of the filter material is achieved by the spray device controlled by the pulse controller: when the purifier runs for a period of time, fine dust is adsorbed on the surface of the filter material, which reduces the permeability of the filter material.  The controller sends out a signal to control the solenoid valve, and clean compressed air is ejected from the valve port; The dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter material is removed under the action of the air flow and falls in the dust collector at the lower part of the chamber.  The filter adopts a high-efficiency filter cylinder as a filter element, and the filter material selected by the filter cylinder is different from the conventional filter material, and the surface is attached with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene film. The fiber gap of traditional filter materials (such as cotton, sateen, paper and other traditional cellulose, etc.) is 5 ~ 60um. When the dust passes through, some dust particles in the dust will enter the filter material and block the filter element; When the blocking situation gradually worsens and it is not possible to effectively clean the ash, the gas resistance of the filter element will rise, and the gas flow that can pass through will also decrease. If there is no automatic ash cleaning, the filtration effect will rapidly decline, and the filter material used in this series of purifiers is attached to a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene film, its very small screen can block most of the submicron dust particles; Submicron dust particles gather on the surface of the filter material and form a permeable dust cake. Most of the dust particles are blocked on the outside surface of the filter material and cannot enter the inside of the filter material, and can be promptly and effectively removed under the purging of compressed air. The filter material has quite high filtration efficiency, which is at least 3 ~ 5 times higher than the traditional filter material. And the service life is more than 2 times longer than the traditional filter material.

The cleaning of the filter material of the purifier is achieved by the pulse injection mechanism controlled by the pressure difference sensor: when the purifier runs for a period of time, the fine dust is adsorbed on the surface of the filter material, which reduces the permeability of the filter material. The two detection heads of the differential pressure sensor are mounted on the raw gas side and on the clean gas side. When the pressure difference detected by the pressure difference sensor exceeds a certain set value, the pressure difference signal is output, and the pulse generator starts the pulse injection valve in sequence after receiving the signal. Clean compressed air is ejected from the valve port, and the ejector air purges the filter cartridge until the pressure difference is lower than another set value. The dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter material is removed under the action of the air flow and falls in the dust collector at the lower part of the chamber. Pulse injection requires 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa of clean compressed air, and must be continuous and constant during operation.
