The British International Machine Tool Exhibition (MACH) is sponsored by the British Manufacturing Technology Association, held every two years, began in 1912, so far has been successfully held more than 50 sessions, the exhibition is currently the most professional machine tool industry in the UK, the largest exhibition. In recent years, with the rapid growth of the British machine tool market, it has become the most important manufacturing technology exhibition in the UK, and the exhibition is divided into different exhibition areas. It covers a wide range of specialized fields from conventional manufacturing technology, metalworking, machine tools, molds, welding, molding equipment, electro-mechanical and electronic control (including NCCNC) to aerospace, automotive, power generation, medical and 3D printing technology. With an exhibition area of more than 40,000 square meters, the previous exhibition attracted more than 600 companies from around the world, fully demonstrating the latest and most comprehensive manufacturing technology and design. The five-day exhibition received more than 25,000 visitors, and the audience were representatives of the manufacturing industry from all parts of the UK. According to the organizer's statistics, the transaction volume of exhibitors reached 150 million pounds. In 2022, the exhibition is expected to grow by 10-15% in both the size of the exhibition and the number of visitors.

Machine tool manufacturing enterprises in the UK are widely distributed in general, mainly concentrated in the Midlands of England and West Yorkshire.
